All members are welcome to attend any of our events, with or without a car. Please register early with organisers even for day events, so that accommodation, parking, catering arrangements and numbers can be finalised in advance of the event. If you are interested in organising an event, you will need a copy of the new Event Organisers Pack and related documents. They are available from Paul Curtis (the Events Co-ordinator) by Email or tel 01737 222975.
MTFRGB Auto-Jumble & New Spares Day

MEMBERS ONLY EVENT
Gates Open’ @ 9:30am. Auction from 11:00am.

New Spares: Stock items will be sold on the day at a 10% discount and can be preordered from Rob Lorch for collection on the day
Autojumble Spares: Members wishing to book tables to sell automobilia and parts must contact Andrew Varley by 10 September
Auction items: Members wishing to enter items for auction must contact Andrew Varley by 10 September, detailing the items as we will be selling some of our American-acquired parts and want to avoid duplication. Auction sellers are charged 5% on total income, subject to a minimum charge of £2 per lot
We hope to have the normal Register stalls on the day:-
Club Shop: Maggie Dickinson will be selling a full range of the Register’s stock and taking orders for delivery
Book Stall: Julia Armer will be selling books from the Register’s stock. Contact details for the above members are on the Inside Front Cover of ‘Topics’
Catering situation is yet to be decided we will update this here as soon as a decision is made
Southern Christmas Lunch

Once again our Southern Christmas lunch returns to Tyrells Golf Club, Leatherhead. Starting at 12:00 midday at a cost of £29.50 per head.
