Novice & Ladies Driving Day 2026 (Buckinghamshire)

We’ve had many requests for another ladies’ driving day, so we’ve taken your feedback on board and set up a whole weekend for you. To be held at Marstonfields Farm, North Marston, with kind permission from Neil and Mary Tuckett and family. All ladies and novice drivers welcome, whether you’re a complete beginner or have some skills and want a chance to practice with guidance on hand. You can join for both days, or just one.
Saturday will be a chance for you to learn and practice at your own pace. Arrive at Marstonfields Farm at your leisure from approx. 10 am (the earlier you arrive, the longer you will have to practice!) There will be experienced drivers on hand to talk you through everything you need to know and to sit with you as you get started. You can start in one of Neil’s cars to practice the
basics before moving on to your own car. You will be able to spend as long as you like driving around the farm, using Neil’s driveway (and further afield if you wish – the day is up to you to help build your confidence).
On Sunday, we’ll head out for a short drive on local roads and have lunch somewhere local (final details TBC). This will be at your own pace, and we’re aiming to offer a choice of a shorter or slightly longer route depending on how confident you’re feeling. Please note that driving on public roads will need to be in your own car, not Neil’s. Please make sure that you have appropriate insurance in place for any road driving.
Please let Richard Wray or Laura Wray know if you’re planning to attend, just so that we have an idea of numbers.
